The Airbus A350-900 was at US$925,000 per-month in January 2021 with an increase to US$954,000 per-month in January 2023. We predict this will have risen to US$1,007,000 per-month by July 2023.
Base value movements are more varied for new generation widebody aircraft. The Boeing 7879, 787-10, Airbus A350-900 and A350-1000 continue to grow, whereas the 787-8 and A330-900 fell between 2019 and 2022 (but stabilised into 2023).

The base value decline for mid-life widebody aircraft has eased with the prospect of some market value recovery through the first half of 2023. A 12-year-old A330-300 was valued at US$20.04 million in 2022, and is predicted to drop to US$19.967 million in 2023.
Some mid-life widebody lease rates are increasing, with a 12-year-old B777-300ER sitting at US$314,000 per-month in October 2022 and predicted to rise to US$350,000 per-month by July 2023.
