Stan joined IBA in 2020 and as Head of Software Development he is responsible for modernising and expanding IBA's leading aviation intelligence platform, IBA Insight, as well as strengthening back end tools to satisfy growing demands of the industry on data coverage and quality.

Stan brings a wealth of experience, with 20 years in building of business analytics and data processing software supporting industries ranging from pharmaceutics to financial retail.

Prior to joining IBA, Stan worked for In Matrix, part of Institutional Shareholder Services, the world's leading provider of corporate governance and lead the team responsible for building web based dashboard products providing clients with BI insights of mortgage and mutual fund markets.
