Gerry joined IBA in September 2023 as CEO to drive IBA’s ambitious growth and innovation targets. Gerry brings with him a wealth of experience, including over 30 years’ in fintech, data and analytics companies, delivering strong commercial and transformational leadership.

Before joining IBA, Gerry was CEO of ClearCourse, a software and payments business he founded with Aquiline Capital. Prior to this, he held a number of senior management positions where he developed software and data businesses in the capital markets sector. These included as Managing Director, EMEA of Eze Software Group, CEO of Tradar and COO of LatentZero.
