Alex joined IBA in 2022 as an Insight Client Success Executive. He has extensive experience in client services across commercial airline, corporate aviation and frequent flyer programmes in Hong Kong. Alex holds an MSc in Air Transport Management from University of Surrey. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese.
