Richard joined IBA Group as Regional Sales Manager EMEA in 2022. Based in our Irish office, he joined from one of Europe's largest independent MRO's Atlantic Aviation Group, where he had previously led the Marketing Department before moving into Sales. Richard built up a strong network of clients over his 6.5 years with Atlantic Aviation Group, supplying technical and training solutions to the lessor and airline market across EMEA and North America.

He holds a BA in Marketing and Management and prior to working in aviation, Richard worked in a number of different industries including Life Assurance, Pensions and Performance Plastics.
