Paul joined IBA in 2013. He is responsible for Coordinating aircraft inspections, Repair Station Audits, comprehensive Technical analysis and assistance, and is the airworthiness manager. He has 40+ years' experience of heavy maintenance, modification development, and regulatory interaction. Paul has been actively involved in redelivering aircraft, and placing them with the next operator, and latterly has been advising investors and operators on increased activity in India.

Prior to IBA, Paul has experience with Monarch Aircraft Engineering, BAE Systems, Aero Nusantara Indonesia and Malaysian ASA.

He holds an IEng and MRAes memberships, and holds both B and C multi type rated Aircraft licence.
