Melissa joined IBA in 2016, to support and drive the IBA brand in the aviation sector. Melissa has led a brand refresh and reposition, including a whole new digital strategy, website and the now regular Webinars and features designed to help the aviation sector get to grips with current topics. Melissa has also developed a more targeted PR strategy, partnering with some of the most influential international news websites and publications, to both represent the views of IBA and the valuations industry, and also to provide significant expertise and content required in aviation focussed articles.
Prior to working in IBA, Melissa had a varied commercial career across a number of bluechip organisations. Early career in product marketing with Philips Electronics was followed by a period in the rail industry with ATOC, and latterly in the aviation industry with Virgin Atlantic working in Marketing Projects for the in-flight team. Melissa has an Economics degree, post graduate PGCE and Diploma from Chartered Institute of Marketing.
