Mal joined IBA in 2015 to manage the Dublin office and is responsible for group sales and the regional commercial operations.

Mal has over 30 years experience gained in various roles within the aviation sector working with Aer Lingus, Airmotive Ireland, Lufthansa Technik and Aerothrust. He has an extensive background in engineering, customer service, supply chain, production management and leasing.

Mal is a Chartered Engineer and holds B.E. and MBA degrees from University College Dublin.
