Fangxiao joined IBA in 2023.  He is responsible for carrying out aircraft, helicopter and engine inspections, delivery, re-delivery & reviewing their technical documentation.

Before IBA, he worked for Hong Kong Airlines for over 10 years in various Technical and Engineering roles, including as Senior Engineer and Assistant Manager in the Aircraft Introduction Project Team. Prior to that he was with HAECO for 11 years. He holds a Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML) from CAAC. He was qualified as Compliance Verification Engineer of HKCAD Part 21 Design Organization in 2008 & Associate Unit Member, Representatives of the Director-General, of HKCAD -183 Organization in 2020.
