Alex joined IBA in 2022 as an Insight Client Success Executive. In 2023, Alex was promoted to Client Success Manager and is responsible for managing the customer lifecycle of IBA’s digital products and driving collaboration and success to clients.
Alex has extensive experience in client services across commercial airline, corporate aviation and frequent flyer programmes in Hong Kong. Alex holds an MSc in Air Transport Management from the University of Surrey. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese.
