Adil joined IBA in 2016 and is responsible for driving revenue growth and relationship management across IBA's client base. He has 15+ years of aviation aftermarket experience including; managing support for over 400 commercial aircraft under cost-per-flight-hour contracts, Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG) operations, change management, aircraft part out management, as well as aftermarket sales, MRO and inventory management.

Adil has recently engaged in IBA's strategies for growth, whilst assisting with multiple audit and due diligence projects for a variety of investors.

Prior to IBA, Adil worked with AJ Walter Group for a decade and Casco Ltd. Adil has a Systems Engineering, operations, commercial and supply chain background.
