7th March, 2022 - IBA, the award-winning aviation analytics and advisory company, has today announced a partnership with OAG, the world's leading provider of travel data and insight, that will enable it to offer the industry's most comprehensive view of asset liquidity and airline strategy.

The partnership will enable investors, banks, lessors and OEMs, along with other users of IBA's InsightIQ intelligence platform, to integrate the schedules with existing modules and gain a range of new, predictive insights. These include:

  • Future schedules and route structure to evaluate airline strategy by highlighting growth or contraction in planned operations.

  • Future and historic flight capacity by multiple parameters including airline, route and geography to demonstrate trends over time.

  • Projecting near-term demand for different aircraft types to add to InsightIQ's liquidity module and further predict aircraft demand.

InsightIQ is a one-stop intelligence platform combining speed, accuracy, visual analytics and intuitive navigation. Its ease of use and multi-source data integration creates information clarity which, united with IBA's trusted asset optimisation and valuation methodologies, makes it the global aviation industry's must-have tool.

The platform delivers market-leading aircraft and engine fleet data, valuations, liquidity analysis, flight data, carbon emission calculations and market trend information in one easy to use platform.

The enhanced predictive insights that result from this agreement with OAG build on IBA's flight tracking partnerships with FlightRadar24 and Spire which integrate comprehensive flight analytics into InsightIQ.

Ian Beaumont, Chief Executive Officer of IBA Group, says: "The addition of schedules to InsightIQ adds a new dynamic to our leading aviation intelligence platform. We are proud to be partnering with OAG in providing this industry leading information, allowing our clients to integrate schedules with existing modules to gain truly predictive insight. We look forward to announcing further developments to InsightIQ in the coming months."

"Our partnership with IBA enables InsightIQ users to navigate volatility successfully by providing them with the best data available to make strategic and agile decisions at a moment's notice," said Phil Callow, CEO of OAG. "This is the beginning of a long-term partnership, and we're excited to see what the future holds as we work with IBA to help drive the aviation industry forward."
