Headed by Dr Stuart Hatcher, Chief Intelligence Officer IBA Group, the valuations team
at IBA comprises over twenty analysts including six ISTAT appraisers and the largest
number of senior appraisers of any aircraft valuations and consulting firm worldwide.

Phil Seymour, CEO of IBA Group, is justifiably proud of his firm's achievement. "IBA is
delighted to be voted Appraiser of the Year and is honoured to have been given this
prestigious title twice in the last three years.

2019 has really cemented our market presence as a premier aircraft appraiser and has
seen the opening of two new regional offices, in Tokyo and Los Angeles, as well as the
addition of new members to our ISTAT appraisal team; this includes Youcef Berour Minarro who joined IBA in 2015 and recently achieved the status of ISTAT Certified.

Appraiser. This has augmented our ISTAT Certifications to six, with a further two
candidates enrolled on the ISTAT Appraiser Programme this year."

"Our commitment to investing in our people and process whilst delivering industry best
practice remains strong and continues to be a core business value. IBA has been at the
forefront of aviation value insight, from the impact of the 737 MAX groundings to the
cessation of production of the Airbus A380, and of issues affecting aircraft trading and
investment decisions. We hope to continue building on the momentum of the last few
years' success to further strengthen our position as an outstanding provider of aviation
valuations, analysis and insight."

2019 saw IBA provide appraisal and related due diligence for key transactions including
investments by PGGM and Meritz's acquisition of a portfolio of twenty-five aircraft from
Aviation Capital Group. It was further involved in asset backed securitisation transactions
and acted as adviser and appraiser in a major European airport slot bond transaction
involving TAP Air Portugal.

IBA's successful valuation platform, IBA.iQ, has also received wide and positive market
acclaim since its launch in 2018 and expanded its capabilities in 2019 with the addition of
its IBA.iQ Engines and API functionality module.
