IBA in association with Norton Rose Fulbright offered a free virtual masterclass reviewing best practise for managing lease re-negotiations, remarketing and repossessions.

 

Phil Seymour, IBA's Company President and ISTAT Senior Appraiser Fellow, was joined by a panel of experts, including Robin Springthorpe, Partner at NRF, to share and provide insight and guidance to operators and the finance community. In this hour-long session, the panel discuss current trends for unscheduled returns and defaults, considerations when re-negotiating leases, best practise for remarketing aircraft and how to navigate both the legal requirements and the practical/pragmatic considerations.
