An OEM wanted to build a better understanding of demand from lessors for a new aircraft
IBA produced desktop analysis to predict immediate and future demand for the aircraft and its competitors. It also conducted numerous interviews with lessors, financiers and other stakeholders around operational preferences. Combining the quantitative analysis and qualitative insight, IBA provided the manufacturer with six key areas of improvement desired by the market.
